Paul Clarke is a commercial photographer specialising in news, features and portraiture. He's been commissioned to cover many events in the politics and technology sectors, and was the in-house new media photographer for the Labour Party at Conference 2011. His work on documenting the intersection between government and technology flows from a previous, successful career as an innovator and programme manager in many departments, agencies and local authorities, including responsibility for the outward face of central government on the web, as Head of Strategic Proposition for Directgov.
