Rugby Borough Council has launched a new property repairs service in a partnership with Totalmobile.

Under a three-year contract, with an option to extend for 12 months, the company is providing its Connect software for job management and Mobile for workforce management as part of a cloud based platform to support repairs for the council’s 3,500 homes.

It said the platform helps to assign repairs to the staff with the right skills and materials, providing all the relevant information to complete the job. Also, managers will be able to track progress.

Rachel Savage, property repairs manager at Rugby, said: “The launch of our new property repairs service marks a significant milestone for Rugby Borough Council The advanced solutions provided by Totalmobile will bring substantial improvements to our service delivery.”
